Wall of Torches is coming for M12 as Wall of Razors without First Strike.
Weak. They should've just reprinted.

All of the Stronghold wall cycle are pretty good. Wall of Blossoms is the most well known, but my favorite is still Wall of Souls.

I usually use my first-strikers for defense anyway, so this works for me.

Warmonger's Chariot
Because if you saw this thing riding around the battlefield on a chariot, you would run. You know you would.

Brion Stoutarm, Soul's Fire or Fling can also make this card useful. One of the best walls, imho.

Why is everybody trying to animate this? It's great on its own.

Rolling Stones, and possibly Serra's Blessing, makes for a cheap and nasty attacker with the wall. The flavour text is cool, too.

Not that bad for multiplayer games, to demotivate people from attacking you. Especially when you have more than one in play they can take out about everything forcing people to rather attack someone else. Also, they ain't bad for decks that allow cards with defender to attack.

If your opponent isn't playing red or black control (burn/kill spells), then you're set. ESPECIALLY against white weenie :)

This wall is pretty solid, actually discouraging attacks. It's a bit bizarre that it's in red though since red usually plays a fast game.
