This card is pretty playable, early game it will at least (probably) take a blocker with it. If you pay the echo, it's now a pretty decent creature.
And if nothing else, IT'S A GOD DAMN DINOSAUR! THAT'S GOD DAMN AWESOME!

It's not a terrible card. In fact it's pretty good, a 3/1 hasted first striker with a drawback that only ties up three of your lands next turn.
