Cool card, but I like Concerted Effort more for the extra 
. (then you have to have a First Strike creature for your others to get First Strike I realize, but still)

Under the new damage rules, this goes great with Ninjutsu. Your unblocked creatures do first strike damage, return them to your hand to drop a bunch of Ninja into play, and since those Ninja havn't dealt first strike damage, they deal their normal damage.
