This card ended my game when I had Celestial Dawn in play. My opponent Sleighted White to Red and my game was over! Good card for your toolbox but there are better ones out there.

it's a sideboard card. Back in the days when cards like Anarchy were often played. These days it's not very useful because cards like that don't show up as often.
It's fun to combo with cards like Chill.
