Is this a precursor to or a parody on FPM (Fire Penguin Master, card creator)? EDIT Why am I being downgraded it was an honest question?

It seems like this consumes and destroys a creature and there goes creature Fire Penguin - but this is too much confusing.

the only thing I didn't understand is if it enchants a new creature when it comes back into play or if it comes back into play as a creature, also does the fire penguin creature get controled by you or controler of the creature it enchants? if it's the former than the latter this card could get dangerous if you run out of your own creatures to put it on.
sometimes I wish un- cards got rulings.

So... Is it cast as an enchantment, or as a creature? Does Negate counter it, or does Essence Scatter counter it? Does it make enchanted creature into a 6/5, or. . . I'm confused. This card murders MTG syntax.

Does this card turn the creature red, make it red in addition to its colors, or not change its colors at all? Because when the aura is replacing the bottom half of the creature, the top half (including mana cost and part of the card frame) is still there.

you know, this seems like it would be interesting in a real consept. Aura's or some enchantment card that have no or little, or even harmful effects to the creature it is attached to, but when the creature dies, the enhancement comes back into play as a creauture :D
