What is with all the 4 mana 4/4 fliers in blue with a rather sizable drawback? Almost none of them are worth it these days (or even in those days).

unless this is in a persist or undying deck I don't see how its good. I'd rather have a vanilla 4/4 flyer for 4 in most blue decks than this guy. I must be missing something...
