this doesn't say anything about discarding, so couldn't your opponent then play it, assuming they survived the damage?

I drafted Unhinged with my buddies. This card went right into the mono-blue Johnny, Combo Player deck I drafted. I won game 3 of the first match with this card, and asked my opponent to return it. He said, "Nothing on the card reads that I have to give it back. It's going into my deck now." At the end of the draft, I looked at this Letter Bomb, decorated with the names of all 3 players who managed to cast it.

It may be hard for your opponent to sign their name on top of your signature.
On another note, say you cast this, and the game ends without it being drawn. You both forget about it, and in the next match, your previous opponent gets murdered with a bomb they completely forgot about!

Use this in a mono-blue, then use High Tide and Braingeyser. You probably won't make them draw this (unless you've milled them first) but imagine the FEAR! That's the kind of humor that makes unhinged worth it for me.
