They do not 'enter play', they simply are IN play once the effect resolves.

The best thing about this card? Æther Vortex doesn't exist. If you click that card, it brings you to Yet Another Æther Vortex. And another. And another. And another.

@deventio7 & @moleland
Rule 613.6g
If two or more objects would receive a timestamp simultaneously, such as by entering a zone simultaneously or becoming attached simultaneously, the active player determines their timestamp order at that time.
TLDR Whoever's turn it is gets to pick which effect is applied first

If you control both Psychic Network and Yet Another Æther Vortex at the same time, you will at times have a permanent in play that you cannot see.
Magic.

My brother has made a deck around this card, and it's so well built that everyone in our playgroup allows it. Some of it's champions are Eater of Days and Wormfang Manta, since their ETB effects don't activate. Vanishing cards such as Aven Rif***cher and Keldon Marauders are prominent for obvious reasons. He also uses scry to rearrange what will be on his side of the battlefield.
It's not absolutely broken however, since every other player also has the potential to suddenly have their strongest creature on the battlefield, an extra land to tap or an artifact to activate. It murders any creatures that would usually clone something but has 0/0 stats though.
