Not something you want to leave in play without some enchantment-destruction in hand to stop opponents taking advantage of this. Play as part of a game-breaking combo, the turn you let it off.
Combo with Feral Lightning to make 4 4/1 Elementals, double all +1/+1 bonuses and -1/-1 penaltys, give yourself ANOTHER extra turn with Time Streatch, whatever you do, make it big and do it fast.

Run four. Change 1 to 2, then change 2 to 4, then change 4 to 8.
Now you can change any number to any other number 8 higher or lower than that number. Or change 8 to 0, just to break the last three cards you played...
