If only he had haste then he could tap to give himself haste but then he'd be too tapped to use haste.

2 stars!? Why? Imagine getting this out turn 3 & potentially 1 creature/round having haste. Throw in a couple "un-tappers" & ALL your creatures coming into play with haste. KILLER.

Edit- Fervor is much better. This card sucks.
