This would've been an awesome general for EDH if putting Keiga in the command zone instead of the graveyard didn't cause his ability to not trigger. =(
Still, a great card overall, and IMO the second best of the Kami dragon cycle behind the overpowered Kokusho.

Hey, cool, fuzzz, I didn't see that.
Ugin was a spirit dragon, like these, except he was a colorless planeswalker...
CAN'T FIGHT THE WORLDWAKE POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!
And Reflecto-Burn:
Your friend should have won the game; Emrakul has protection from all colors, so this couldn't target him.

For all you dreamers out there....keiga is legendary. That means no Rite of Replication unless you were to have a Mirror Gallery out.

Combine with a (Kicked) Rite of Replication, and you just netted yourself 6 of your opponent's creatures. Good luck pulling that off in a game where it'll be actually useful...

Momentous Fall if you don't mind the double green mana or Twisted Justice if you feel Dimir.

Run in a Scion of the Ur-Dragon EDH deck. In fact, run all of the Kamigawa spirit dragons (except maybe Jugan).

I say it's better than mind control: Mind Control hooked on the tail of a 5/5 creature.
