When one of your opponents attacks, cast ragged veins on it, then block that creature with all of yours then cast this. Usually it is enough to kill them.

This is a field wiping card here, you can completely destroy somebody's entire army if you have enough creatures.

It's really hard to believe that for one more colorless than Rally you get this effect as compared to that one. I guess Rally should have at least been a cantrip. It's interesting we haven't seen a variation on this card for some time or that none of them have ever made it to a core set.

This card with Nuisance Engine was a really good combination ... 20 or so little 0/1 creatures made 7/8 s!
