things like Black Sun's Zenith will still get through. Not targeted, and -X/-X is not considered dealing damage.
or you can just Diabolic Edict when the chance presents itself.

@Shadowflaam: Think you meant Darksteel Forge.
This is a nice card, but for the most part I'd prefer Darksteel Plate. Most of the targeting effects I see play are ones that would kill the creature anyway, and indestructibility protects against most of what this card won't. Plus it costs 1 less and won't get Naturalized like this can.

Use on Platinum Angel with a Darksteel Foundry to give everyone a great big "F*** YOU!" and lose all your friends.
Until you run out of creatures and the Gatekeeper collects his brutal toll.
EDIT:
sarroth is right, Darksteel Forge. However, he is also stupid due to the prevalence of exile effects. My idea is cooler.

Expensive to drop but the cheaper equip cost kind of makes up for it. Makes a very sturdy blocker.
