Goblin Chieftain may have killed this card, but Goblin Chariot feels much more "goblin-ish" than the chieftan. The flavor text and the artwork are just spot on.

Now rather outclassed by Goblin Guide, who costs 2 less in exchange for a bump up to rare and a not-quite-drawback.
