Put this or any other land of it's type in a landfall deck since you can technically return itself using it's landbounce ability, that way your landfalls trigger every turn guaranteed.

Koro, you would bring the Dimir land back. It's ability triggers when it hits the battlefield, so it would be the only one you could send back.

Well, what if you're only using this as your mana source, and it's the first one you play? Surely can't return a land to your hand if this is the only one coming into play...

@shadowf0x, it is far better than a dual that comes in tapped. It produces BOTH. That's card advantage right there. This one land can do twice as much work as basics.
