I like how the flavor text makes noobs realise that they can use it to save their creatures from removal. 4/5.

Couple this with an Izzet Chronarch for some sweet spell buyback.

Interesting with any COP ability. For exemple, in a Simic deck, interesting with Vigean Hydropon with only one counter on it, or with a Cytoplast Root-Kin, or Plaxmanta, or Coiling Oracle......... 4.5/5 because he have two good effect on the same card, and if it's not good for you strategy, simply don't put it in you deck ,and in this case, use unsummon or anything else!...

@Mac: No, since it doesn't say "or" or "may" anywhere, you need both targets to cast it.

Hmm, I'll return my Cloud of Faeries and recast it. Oh and using my Equilibrium I'll pay {1} to return another creature to your hand. Sounds fun to me.

Worse than unsummon imho. Maybe I don't want to return one of my creatures back to hand, or one of my opponents creatures. Or one of us doesn't have creatures in play.

This has its uses, but in almost every other situation Unsummon is better.

Can you cast this if you don't have a creature out but your opponent does or vice versa? Obviously that would be a waste of mana, but what if you were desperate and needed to return a creature?
