man, slap this little ditty on it.
whip silk
one mana to cast, one more to return to your hand. Rinse and repeat for token madness.

I have a deck that uses this and Whip Silk netting 2 saprolings for every 2 mana. Even better is when you have this, Gatherer of Graces, and Rancor. Then you can get all you want saprolings, 2 per green mana.
Note: I chose whip silk and rancor because they work better in a mono green deck resulting in more consistant mana. Detainment Spell is white, takes 2 mana per 2 saprolings as well but you don't exactly want to leave it on your Bramble Elemental.

Shimmering Wings would be super fun. Attack with a 4/4 flier, leaving 2 chump blockers behind, then rinse and repeat next turn.

Rancor, over, and over, and over again.

I normally put fists of ironwood on this to get 4 tokens. And the flavor just means nature is reclaiming the city of ravnica

You can keep creating tokens by switching an aura around with Simic Guildmage. Although 4 mana for 2 1/1 saprolings isn't the most impressive combo out there..

Detainment Spell. You can reattach to itself as many times as you want, and it might be a bit more useful than Whip Silk.
