There's, like, a city in the background. As in, some dude's house is right next to a huge freaking Goliath Spider that's eating bloatdrakes right in front of his window everyday. I mean, who buys a house when a skyscraper-sized nightmarish monstrosity is right next door?
I'm sorry, but that building in the lower right corner ruins this entire card for me.

Its Scaled Wurm, except it has eight legs, lives in a metropolis, has in its cmc, and it can block flying creatures.

This should be an izzet card. because when a spider catches a dragon,it is somewhat mutated.

"While not terribly great (outclassed by other cards that are more playable for a lower casting cost), I have to say that is an awesomely large spider - wow!!" -Fixed that for you, Radagast

Would be an realistic budget option if it costed less and had a 7/8 body.
