If it did something interesting, the return-to-hand effect would be worthwhile, but as-is, it's overcosted 3/3 creature. Not worth the mana, not worth losing a card.

4/5
Just because of that flavor text. Now Igor's dog can never be off it's leash.

It's one and only positive effect is that you can keep from milling out with it.

Not like this could be exploitable in a mass draw, and miracle deck or anything.

The activation cost is interesting.
But why would i want to bounce a Hill Giant at the cost of card disadvantage, particularly at the cost of six mana?
The only narrow use i could imagine with this is Skill Borrower.
But even then the effect you get from activating the ability is an inconvenience,
so you have to put something on top that Skill Borrower can make use of immediately, like Griselbrand.

Back when combat damage went on the stack, you could use this guy to trade in combat and then, essentially, guarantee that your next draw would be a 3/3. For 6.
Hey, it's not a great creature, but you're nearly guaranteed to have access to a 3/3 for the rest of the game, which is a decently-sized creature in limited.
