Does this guy's ability stack? Pretty sure it does, I'd just like to make certain.

I played against a friend who uses this card, cadaver imp, dead reckoning, soul stair, and pawn of ulamog. The this just keeps coming back and I keep losing my creatures.

A decent black card. If nothing else, combos pretty well with Reas.sembling Skeleton :)

Mimic Vat this. On your turn, put it into play with Mimic Vat after your upkeep has passed. keep it alive until their turn ( like attacking with it while making sure it doesnt die). once it's their turn, they will have to sac a creature and it will die at their end step. Making it so you dont have to sac a creature.

I know it isn't perfect, but I'd definitely be curious to see this played alongside Infernal Genesis. It's one way to make sure your opponent has creatures to sac, as well as yourself, even if it isn't the best. Throw in a few Mortician's Beetle to make it huge. Palliation Accord keeps their thrulls useless as attackers, and all you need is a Phyrexian Altar or two to get it out. Grave Pact is kind of a no-brainer at this point.

I like this card very much! Each time I play it, it gives me a lot of thrilling! Will my opponent destroy it before its upkeep? Will I have a creature to sacrifice in my next upkeep? And a lot more questions arise when I play it. This card can give me emotions like no others!
I think it's better than Magus of the Abyss because its ability do not target and it's a sacrifice, so circùmvent any Shroud, Indestuctibility, regeneration and protection. Moreover it flys...
Better than Defiler of Souls because requires a deck build around it and there isn't any condition, so opponent can't play around it. But at the end Defiler of Souls is more solid...
I don't know about Kuon, Ogre Ascendant, it seem probably better because you don't have to sacrifice it if people end their creatures, but requires a little more field preparation.
I don't know... I was searching a "sacrifice a creature each turn" card in "Modern" (from Mirrodin u... (see all)

This card has worth, you just need to find a good combo. Forcing opponents to consistently sacrifice creatures when you have a Massacre Wurm and Reassembling Skeleton backing you up can be overwhelming. Sure you might need to sacrifice him sometimes, but it's a small price to pay for board control. Works well in tribal demon and with the Morbid triggered ability, but still I'd rather have 2 Demonlord of Ashmouth as opposed to this guy. Good card but not the best demon out there. Love the art tho.
