An amazing combo with planeswalkers, since it doubles the number of loyalty counters they come into play with... allowing you to "ultimate" immediately in most cases!

Can also be a drawback, since -1/-1 counters also are doubled. But otherwise a great almost cheating card.

I like it in combination with Phantom Nishoba.
There's nothing like a 14/14 prevent-all-damage lifelinking trampler for 7 mana!

Thinking of creating an insane combo out of this. Use opalescence to make it a 5/5, then followed footsteps. Next turn you get 2 token copies. The turn after you get 8. Three turns after setting it up, you gain 2048 more copies. Throw in Soul Warden or Essence Warden and that might as well be game.
So much for subpar combos.
