I think that they should give this type of flying a keyword, like "Slippery", Bogley", or "Stealth"
Just ignore the first two

I almost feel that this card is kind of overpowered for a 2 CMC creature. I feel it would've been fair if it only had one of the abilities or kept both of them but cost or something.

An absolute beast in casual play. If your friend doesn't have any counterspells, mass removal, or edicts, this thing can carry the game.

Forgive me if it wouldn't work out so well in paper magic, but in the video game 2012 version, this card is an enchantment queen. Put her out on turn 2 and then load her up with all the umbras you can for the rest of the game and the only thing the opponent can hope for is a board wipe, board bounce, forcing a sac, or putting out a low cost flyer, which Rancor makes almost irrelevant unless it's a Nighthawk but that's why I used a Hyena Umbra.

This may be the best common green creature ever printed.
It's an Elf. It's a Rogue. It has all the benefits of flying and none of the downsides. It can't be blocked by Spiders and Archers. It doesn't die to Doom Blade, but is ready to accept everything from Gather Courage to Wurmweaver Coil. Ledgewalker has the capacity to win games. All for a measly two mana. I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars.
