Meh honestly, this card isn't very good for a rare. Pretty much a 3/3 for 5 that says "All spells your opponents control cost 1 more to cast" except the effect is slightly worse because it gives your opponent options. Just play Grand Arbiter Augustin IV since you're probably playing blue control with an effect like that. Or just play Mindslaver. w.e.

This is it! I saw this as Random Card and now I love Elephants. They are somehow so epic race.. So rare, expensive and powerful. GO LOXODON!

Augustin lite. Which isn't to say he's bad! Nonlegendary means you can do the incredibly irritating thing of kicking Rite of Replication on him and basically declaring an end to fun
