PhyrexianLobbiest, the new text still works for artifacts. So even without the Secret Lair, it's a great way to get out Gleemax. Then do the standard Gleemax thing: use Karn to make it a creature, or Divine Offering to make your opponents basically give up.

This card does not have an errata, R&D secret lair does nothing.


Its just an elvish piper for any silver bordered cards.
