But does DCI rules allow you to acces outside cards beyond your sideboard. Compare to Burning Wish.

this card costs about a buck-fifty on ebay. Would be expensive to get enough of them to make it worth it.

6 mana is definitely not a lot for what could end up being +100/+100 or more.
