So, important ruling: Ashnod's Coupon does not combo with R&D's Secret Lair. If the player is unable to pay the drink's money cost, the coupon will have no effect. Ashnod's Coupon cannot force a player to activate money abilities to add money to his or her money pool; if the player chooses not to tap his or her wallet for money, he or she will not have to get the drink. This is the same interaction as Ghostly Prison + Alluring Siren.

For similar reasons, you cannot force a player to get you a drink in a foreign country. Also, you cannot force a minor to buy you alcohol; if you attempt this, the ability will be countered upon resolution because its targets are illegal.

concerning the eight pints of blood, I believe the extraction of the blood would count as a cost therefore it would be required that the blood be drained from you, however since you asked for their blood that makes it an illegal target and you must pick something else... but with R&D's secret lair...

I so want to build a deck around this that is nothing but Mindslaver, Bazaar Trader, and fetches. I Mindslaver you, Trader the Coupon to you, then make the decision for you to sac it and get you the drink of MY choice, using your money, and make the decision to give ME the drink...
