I wish I saw more oddball removal spells like this played. "I turn your Blightsteel Colossus into a sheep, and then block with my Storm Crow" is just so much more fun to hear than most alternatives.

@NinjaShadow: To answer your last inquiry: No, bees do not have "knees" as we understand it, since they are arthropods. In fact, they pretty much have the inverse of our knees, as their skeletons are effectively their skin and the ligaments of their legs lie within their external skeleton, in contrast to us, as our bones, and thus knees, lie within our muscle and skin tissue.

Great way to deal with anything that is indestructable, or that has protection. Shroud is still a problem, but hey, nothing is perfect ;)

Plus... it turns the guy into a sheep. Come on... that is hillarious.

Every single piece of art by Terese Nielsen is beautiful. Absolutely my favorite artist in Magic, by far.

Snakeform is not "better", it really depends on the application. 0/1 is so combolicious with Merfolk Thaumaturgist, and costs less. Now I'm not trying to say Ovinize is "better" either, its more about what you are trying to do. drawing cards is nice, and green getting this ability is the bee's knees... do bee's really have knees?

Just sayin.

"More like Bovinize."

Cows and sheep are of of the same Family type -- Bovidae. Hovever sheep are of the Subfamily Caprinae and Genus of Ovis. So, more like Ovinize.
