Ah yes, the funky monkey. Always a good choice in a red-green deck.

An obvious choice for Red/Green decks. Very powerful 1 drop, although it obviously runs out of gas later in the game.

For those running W/R/G, check out Wild Nacatl for a similar effect.

One of the more powerful commons to come out of Revised, Kird Ape often saw play alongside Grizzly Bears, Scryb Sprites, Goblin Balloon Brigades, and Elvish Archers in early aggro decks that often included Giant Growth, Lightning Bolt, and a playset of Taigas. In addition to being very playable, even by today's standards, the Revised Kird Ape featured some of the most realistic art to come out of the set. At first glance, I remember thinking I was looking at a photo.
