Use this with Hellbent abilities. It's a great way to get extra lands out of your hand when you're stuck with 3 or so lands in ur hand and nothing else to play.

Back when I wasn't great at drafting, I put THREE of these into a mono-black Future Sight draft deck. I don't know if I won a single game that night.

Better than it looks. It will work in a madness/unearth deck. put it on a creature with flying or fear.

I guess by the time your hand is inevitably gone, you can safely play Burning Enquiry and just discard what you get to pump your creature, while your opponent has to discard.

@Gwafa_Hazid: You can't discard the cards drawn by Burning Inquiry to this. You have to draw the three, and immediately discard three as part of the spell resolving. You don't get priority at any time.
