Can't get enough of Divination? Well here's Divination 5 - 8. If you don't mind that Mulldrifter isn't an instant or sorcery, there's 9 - 12. Splash a bit of green? Enjoy yourself Krosan Tusker, green's contribution of 13 - 16.
16 cards into this deck and already we have mana fixing and a huge number of two for ones.

I can't believe there are so many people out there actually wanting one of Magic's five colours to outclass the others. Instant 2+ card draw has proven itself to be problematic, so instead we have this and Divination. Both are fine cards, although Mulldrifter is better.

Drawing 2 or more cards belongs at sorcery speed. It's only drawing a single card that should be instant.
Between the name, art, and flavor text, I prefer this to Divination.

In a hardcore izzet deck, this/divination are actually better than mulldrifter since you can twincast this. To say mulldrifter is always better is a statement that is just not true in my opinion.
