For starters its a 7/7 for WUBRG, thats not bad value, but that hopefully by the time you get that mana base you should have atleast another couple slivers out, they all get seriously beefed up, and so does he.

Best Sliver Legend for Aggro, well obviously. It's better than Coat of Arms since it normall won't boost your opponent's creatures. It's simple and maybe unimaginative, but there's not much one could critique about this card from a "play the cards that fit your deck the most" perspective.

For the longest time, I thought the flavor text was referring to a Queen.
Now that look at it again...I'm really hoping for a Sliver Planeswalker in M14.

Its like a Coat of Arms that has 7/7 and only works for slivers! Obviously it is awesome and should be put in all sliver decks

Correction: A perfect combo, as long as you run 4 Gemhide Sliver.
Which you should, if you're even considering running a Sliver deck.

I'm sure it'd stack.
It's not an ability it's giving other slives (like Haste, First Strike, etc), but a Sliver-wide +1/+1.
It'd be like having two Muscle Slivers in play, this effect is just stronger.
