RAting it 4/5 becuase:
a) It's named Goatnapper
b) Some of Ron Spencer's funniest artwork yet
c) It is a goblin so you could use it for fodder,
d) As other's have pointed out, you could actually swipe a changling with it which would be hillarious
e) It is named Goatnapper for God's sake.

I know that Gatherer says there hasn't been a Goat creature released since Onslaught block, but I don't trust that. I just know there are goats in every deck I see, waiting to be napped. I carry two of this card in my wallet. I keep one under my pillow. One time my friend was like "ready to go to the goat farm?" and I grabbed my binder full of copies of this card and I was like "YES I AM".
That last was also how I discovered that come-into-play abilities don't work on creatures in real life. It was traumatic for me.
