Oh wow. Three mana is way too much for a 1/2, especially if you have to pay ANOTHER three (in a different color) to gain its only ability.

Should have been 2(U) to cast and had the ability "If (B) was spent to cast Vectis Silencers, Vectis Silencers have death-touch". Lovely art, at least.

Not too bad, especially as an artifact creature. He'll be getting buffs and benefits from other artifact effects, and having a deathtouch guy never hurt anyone. The 3CC on both his and his ability's cost is too high though, especially for a 1/2.
Certainly not amazing, but could be fun in the right esper deck. The artwork is totally awesome.
