I'm glad they created this one rather than reprinting Glacial Wall for M10. This is one of a view playable walls.
Unfortunately it won't help much against creatures with vigilance since the effect doesn't automatically tap the attackers.
Dependant on format, i prefer Wall of Nets, though. But beware, the latter one can be a risky alternative.

As people have been saying, a great combo with Alluring Siren, though honestly, I think if a Siren was used, a Swans of Bryn Argoll would be better to block with if you were using a milling deck. Depends on what strategy you're using.

I think its one of the best walls in the game. A seven toughness creature, that can stop a creature for two turns rather than one. Its a must for a deck that has little else for defense.

Excellent defender. What else can I say? Not only will it take a considerable amount of punishment but it will also render its attackers useless on the next turn giving you time to retaliate (or at least get a replacement defender). The summon cost is great and it is the perfect counter to the returning ball lightning. Perfect to keep aggro decks at bay in order to gain the upper hand. What else can one give to this card other than a 5/5?
