With Tower Above, she'll be able to net you three cards as well as probably wipe out an opposing creature and live.

I would so love this card as a one-drop.
Anyways, it's still a fun card since your opponent won't want to kill that lady, be it through blocking, or through removal. Both options aren't quite worth the card disadvantage.
So she will be able to take some of your opponent's life points until she gets killed by a máss-hoser.
At this cost i would have prefered this as an uncommon, though.

Borderline for a rare, even for Mercadian Masques, but not too bad for what it is. Running 
? Lure and Gaseous Form on this guy, so as to keep him alive, drawing you cards and letting everything else through. Which if you've got green, "everything else" could be something big and nasty. Maybe some Aura Gnarlids would be nice in such a deck. Sure, I'd two-drop this guy in that case.
