Budget version of Vedalken Orrery. it costs about 1/6 of the price of the Orrery. Also can be more fun in multi-player and more likely to stick around.

Unless you really want for some reason to get this effect eight times and are not content with using Scout's Warning, I'd also advise to use Vedalken Orrery instead.

Right now I can buy a Vedalken Orrery for $7.43, or I can buy a Vernal Equinox for eleven cents. That's a significant difference for budget play.
