Well, this continues the theme of wimpy Giants since they squished the Two-Headed Giant of Foryis.
We should also enjoy how the artwork has almost nothing to do with Frost Giants (at least from a D&D viewpoint) - he's more of an Ettin or something.
Who wouldn't want to pay 3RRR for this when they could have a Shivan Dragon? Why doesn't it have trample - that plus rampage: 2 would have been fun?!

Wait, am I missing something? Because all I see here is a 4/4 for 3RRR, and an only moderately useful ability. If it had trample and rampage 2, it'd be OK, but what I see here is a 4/4 for 6. I'd possibly even play Hill giant over this.

With an Imposing Visage on him, he's ok, but he should be 1 mana cheaper, have +1/+1, or have trample.
