I got one in a Time Spiral booster I got last time I went to the card shop. Strangely, I can't remember where I put any of the cards I got that day, so you can say I'm searching for Search for Tomorrow. No, srsly, I am.
This should be better than Rampant Growth most of the times. Turn 1, you suspend it and then get your land untapped turn 3 (same time as you would be able to use it if you cast Growth turn 2), or turn 3 onwards you can virtually cast for 2 mana (the same as Growth). So the only turn Growth is actually better than this is turn 2.

Suspend it one turn before a Cataclysm or a Jokulhaups to hit the ground running after the reset.
This card is just dripping efficiency:
Have exactly the right amount of mana for your other spells? Save this for another turn.
Have one mana more than you need? Suspend it.
Have two mana more than you need? Play this first and use the land you get.

The suspend capability is really what makes this card awesome. Drop it on the table early or while you're doing something else and let it fire off a couple of turns later.
