It looks like the lady in the art fashioned a leash for her pet demon out of wonder woman's lasso of truth

I find it funny that this will shut down an angel considering the faith in Innistrad is based on Avacyn.

I like this. It allows many options in one card. And it is flavorful at the same time.

Heavy amount of utility wrapped up in a simple 2-mana common with awesome art courtesy of Steve Argyle. I gave it 5 stars, "playability" be damned. Of course I've always been biased towards Pauper.

I love seeing one or two of these in a sealed pool next to Invisible Stalker. A 3/3, or even 5/5, unblockable hexproof? That'll end the game pretty quick. It's like a once-per-turn lava axe in blue/white... similar cost, too! Yes, getting those three cards all in the same place is rough, but if you're not able to draw Invisible Stalker in a timely manner, this card doubles as Pacifism for most of the fatties in the set.

Sure, it's not very good otherwise, since a +2/+2 for 2 is a pretty bad buff and otherwise it's just a weaker pacifism, but the synergy with Invisible Stalker definitely makes this card playable, at least in limited.

Oh, also, a true Pacifism in Innistrad limited would be a bit overpowered. With all the triggers on something hitting the graveyard, removal that avoids the graveyard is actually much better in this set than in, say, M12. I'd much rather have my opponent's biggest creature stuck on the field than have it hea... (see all)

Very versatile in your block build with a human tribal theme.

Its a 2 for 1 card, depending on the make up of your deck, you could use it for your own creatures or to stop an opponent's non human fattie from hitting you

Auras have always been 1 trick ponies, this tries to be more flexible by giving you the player, who to cast it on

Versatility is a key component in sealed, and this card did wonders for me in the pre-release. Outside of that format, i would prefer one of the Vows to this (See Vow of Duty).

Almost always at least a Pacifism. Pretty much the only place you don't want to be using it is on beefy Werewolf, since half the time it'll be un-transformed and pretty gigantic due to the buff, but otherwise an awesome Limited spell.
