Fools don't you see the obvious combo with this? Yawgmoth's Agena + Energy Field = Can't be messed with.

This card is extremely underrated.

The one spell per turn is a real drawback but with enough instants to cast on opponents' turns, is not as bad as it first seems.

It also basically guarantees you gas for the rest of the game.

Note that this card also allows you to play lands from your graveyard, which doesn't count towards the "1 spell a turn" limit. The card obviously gets better in slow formats, as well as in decks with many instants (since you can then play a land and a sorcery or nonland permanent in your turn, and an instant in each opponents turn, so the "1 per turn" limit ain't as harsh).

So its like Yawgmoth's will in enchantment form, with a drawback. Pretty cool!

this+war's toll+a way to drop a spellbook on your opponent's field+Iron Maiden

painfully sadistic and slow combo. and since you can simply wait and counter, you win

Run in BlackWhite and you could get another use of an exiled card with this and Pull from Eternity.
You would also be able to exile Yawgmoth's Agenda with Oblivion Ring when the drawback becomes inconvenient, then disenchant or sacrifice the Ring (Infernal Tribute can do this with card draw). You can then use the Ring repeatedly, because when it is sacrificed it goes into the graveyard because Yawgmoth's Agenda isn't on the battlefield until the Ring's gone. Cast the Ring out of the graveyard when you want to exile Agenda and play multiple spells in a turn. Since it leaves play, the one-per-turn limit gets lifted.

hm the problem I have with this card, is that it exiles any cards that go to the graveyard FROM ANYWHERE! would be a cool way to bring creatures back into play for their mana cost but get's rid of them the next time they die.
