Decree of Justice, did you do something with your hair?

Even casting it for its regular cost, X=2 gets you a slightly more expensive Broodmate Dragon. The miracle cost is totally obscene.

Had this in seal, never seen my opponents concede so fast when I top-decked this. One of the most ridiculous bombs I've seen in limited.

If you could assign a rarity just based on the artwork alone, this would be a Mythic Rare.

I really like how the special Miracle border actually lines up and fits well with the central focus, which is the brilliant sun over the cathedral.

In response to Flyheight:

Penance is a good idea to abuse miracle costs.

I addition to the obvious tutors, I was also thinking of Hidden Retreat, but that may be a tad bit too situational. Was wondering if anyone came up with any other permanent ways of abusing/dredging miracle cards? Will prevent me from looking at every single obscure card everprinted to come up with an idea.

Edit: Conch Horn, and Survivor of the Unseen. I can already see Scroll Rack totally breaking miracle costs. Now to search for card like Brainstorm that force top deck manipulation and drawing on the end of an opponent's turn... cause being able to cast Devastation Tide and/or Temporal Mastery at the end of an opponent's turn for one generic and one blue is totally fair for blue control.

My MVP at the prerelease. I won several games that I really shouldn't have with this.

The trick to it is Mad Prophet. Tap him on their end step each turn and get twice as many chances to miracle it, and if you get it on the end step you can swing with your new Angels just about immediately.

@ grudaplaneswalker

doubling season AND parallel lives. Pay for 4 tokens, put in 12!

the miracle cost is nuts. Going right into my kemba & Ghave EDH decks. The Ghave runs both of the above green cards!

Love, love, LOVE this card. I happened to pull this in my sealed pool at the prerelease, and it was thanks to this that I went 4-0. I miracled this card a grand total of 5 times, each time making at least 4 angels, and I never even hard-cast it. I can see this card making its way into Standard decks as at least a one-of. Plus, the artwork is gorgeous!

Cast this off a Mystical Tutor late game in EDH. It put me from doing averagely to blowing everyone out. Terrifying card.

I kind of hate this card. In limited, if your opponent topdecks this after turn 2, you tend to just lose right there (unless you immediately get Terminus or something). Even at 3 mana, he still just got a 4/4 flyer for 3, which is an amazing deal.

For comparison, hardcasting this gives the exact same power/mana as White Sun's Zenith, except with flying. And White Sun's Zenith is not exactly an awful card.

Also, how is Temporal Mastery rated higher than this? Temporal Mastery is a cute effect. This ends games.
