@Dranke: Yeah, but Obstinate Baloth is also rare, so is supposed to be overall better than a common.
This one's got great art, though - completely deserving of being used in boosters. Darkeen is one hell of an illustrator.

As mentioned before, Exalted is very appreciated for this card.

Obviously Limited material, but in that home, it is king. Support can take this a long way.

Red and black have long had 4/2 creatures for 3C, but only recently did the other colors get one:
White Loxodon Convert
Blue Undead Alchemist
Black Slum Reaper
Red Flametongue Kavu
Green Spiked Baloth
