This curves into Skirk Fire Marshal better than the Siege Gang Commander does. I like it!

I think this is the only time I've seen a goblin riding something and the creature type isn't "knight"

@RAV004: I think you mean Siege-Gang Commander, not Goblin Chieftain

But I like this guy about the same as Siege-gang, actually; 1 mana and 1 less guy is totally reasonable, and while I don't like the loss of the sac outlet, I don't mind it either- I rarely find my self saccing goblins to siege-gang.

Siege-Gang commander is clearly better off of a Goblin Lackey or a Warren Instigator, but this guy's pretty great at 4

Follows in the footsteps of Siege-gang Commander, Goblin Marshal, and Mogg War Marshal in being a goblin that brings his stooges along for battle. More excellent fodder for token decks.

Kind of like a Goblin Marshal or Mogg War Marshal without the echo.

You get 4 power of Goblins for 4 mana. With a Goblin Chieftain out, you get 7 power.
This guy is simply amazing for goblin decks for the board presence it provides, like a mini-Siege-Gang Commander.

And of course, useful for being devoured.

I agree for the most part. Goblin Chieftain DOES do everything better... Except get eaten.

This with devour = awesome.

Goblin Chieftain does everything better.

Has a sac outlet for damage, brings more tokens, brings more pain. Who are you kidding, you'll never make it to four mana in your goblin deck anyway. As long as Warren Instigator and Goblin Lackey are in your deck, Matriarch and Siege Gang are there for you.

It's a bear + a Dragon Fodder/Krenko's Command. Made specifically for a Devour deck, this card is fine. :)
