I like it. Of course it's very expensive for what it does, and it's probably not very good in Constructed. But I'd pretty much always play this in Limited, especially Sealed and/or slow durdly decks. Gum up the board, then draw an extra card every turn? Sounds good to me!

Haters can hate, but the fact that this first came out in Alpha means that it gets my "legacy" respect. I remember reading somewhere that it costs 12 mana to get any card advantage. You first have 4 mana for it's mana cost, 4 mana to draw and replace itself, then 4 mana for the actual card advantage.
I personally prefer Dreamstone Hedron for drawing. It's mana acceleration that can be recycled into three cards for a total of 9 mana.

It's a 15c card. Grab a set and you'll always have some card draw to add to your next casual multiplayer decks. Nothing fancy.

Mediocre card-draw since forever.
There has been worse card draw, there has been better. I normally avoid this. But it's fun to be able to play standard decks with beta cards.

Eh.
At least Wizards has stuck to their guns as far as printing the "card advantage: straight up" spells appropriately over-costed. We all know it's necessary for the sake of balance, but for some reason it's simultaneously still disappointing at each encounter, reprint or fresh. Don't get me wrong, Jace's Ingenuity is a fine spell, probably fair, but something about quintupling the mana cost just casts an aura of "blegh" all over it.
