Aaaah, so flavorful, even though misnamed. This should be called "Giant Clam" instead.

FYI: the giant clam can produce huge pearls, and was rumored to close its shell on the hands of divers who would attempt to claim those pearls. Since the shell is huge and heavy, those divers would drown, unable to release themselves from the clam's grasp. Those stories are usually dismissed as legends, as in reality the clam actually closes its shell very, very slowly.

Very flavorful, except for one aspect: The -1/-1 counters should not be taken off again! It's a bit unclear if the represent the "eaten" creature being digested, or if it's being turned into a pearl, but in any case, just being spit out should not completely rejuvenate the creature.

Anyway, not very useful against fatties, of course, but nice vs. small utility creatures which have activated abilities that include {T} in their cost.
