I like the art, plus it is mono red sacrifice that isn't awful, with all of Act of Treason stuff from gatecrash this could see limited play.

It still has its use i guess.
But I prefer saccing outlets that do not require mana to activate, at least when their effect is small.
(Although admittedly, 1 damage should not be underestimated.)
The mana cost of 
is a plus, but i'd have prefered a reprint of Goblin Bombardement.
In fact, I'd have loved to get this artwork for Goblin Bombardement instead, it would have fitted perfectly.
The flavor text would have worked just as good.
It's almost as if Wizards originally planned to reprint that card and later decided they'd rather not.
