Looks like leftover art from Innistrad.

More fun tech for a goofy theft deck.

Yes, heaven forbid a card made especially for multiplayer games exists. Of course in a two player game it's a somewhat better control magic if you control no creatures. No targeting gets around shroud/hexproof, and since the choice isn't made until the spell resolves they can't sac their best creature to counter it.

As for the text, I honestly do not find it very difficult to read. Not sure why people seem to be having trouble with that.

It's a nice and simple idea, unfortunately buried under the very specific text to make sure it works as intended. I'm dumb enough to find Illusionist's Gambit a bit of a read, this one threw me off completely when I first glanced at it.

Yeah this card is way too forced for multiplayer.

I really don't like this. It's convoluted and doesn't often help you all that much. Plus choosing directions really feels like we're in silver border territory...

I have a question. If say an opponent played True Name Nemesis and chose to have protection against me, am i able to play this card to gain control of True Name Nemesis?

Gain control of a creature one of your neighbours controls. This is not targeted. Take his Thrun, Sigarda or Progenitus. The other neighbour takes one of his choice. If you have any.

pedsr0ckstar, to answer your question, order of succession doesn't target anything so it can affect true name nemesis.
