Normally, "updated" art is something you scoff at because it is almost always worse than the original, but in this case, i'm fine with the change because this is just as great as the original artwork (my buddy has a tattoo of the alpha version).

I found renewed use for this card in a deck that created a lock with Ensnaring Bridge, Bottomless Pit and lots of other discard... Only creatures with power 0 could attack, after they attacked nothing kept them from getting really big though. It was either this babe, Swamp Mosquito or Vampire Bats.
Just when you think one card is "strictly better" or "obsolete", some bizarre condition comes up that proves you false.

Well, it doesn't tap to do it or say 'once per turn'. So from my limited understanding, you could indeed pump it up as much as you want. Not very efficient costwise, but I guess it could make a nice trump card.
