I think this guy is underrated. He's obviously not constructed-worthy, but in casual Bird tribal he's really a pain for your opponent. Plus, his name and flavor text are amazing.

Ignore the second ability. For just one more mana than a real Storm Crow, you can have this budget one. Still easily a 4.5.
