This is not a goblin. Weird I know. I wish it was a goblin though. For that reason I rated it a lot lower than I normally would. By all other accounts it's a 4/4 flyer for 6 mana with a nasty bit I'm sure you can find better cards. Heck, I'd rather play with a Black Carriage.

I am fond of goblin flavour, and it makes me guilty of overvaluing this card. If someone were to ask me "Would you play with a 4/4 artifact creature with flying for 6? Oh, and it won't untap unless you pay 4.", I would probably laugh at them.
However, if someone asked me "Would you play with a card called 'Goblin Dirigible'?", I would probably be so excited to be playing with a "goblin card" that recalls a certain Blizzard game that I would not concern myself with its stats! Then, when they'd show me the card, I'd say, "Oh god... but, I mean, the flavour is awesome... right?"
Yep. Love the flavour, love the reference, but rue the stats very much. Totally agree with Hovercraft - would it be too much to ask for a 'Creature - Goblin Construct' these days?

Also this should have really been a goblin ... or at least it should've had some kind of ability that affected goblins like "
: Target Goblin gains flying until eot. Use only when ~ is attacking" or something...
Also, what's the flavor of paying 
every turn? I know it's built by goblins.. but does that have to mean that 2/3rds of it have to be repaired every upkeep?
